I really enjoyed my stay, the location was ideal as I was using public transport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, thank you for making my stay a pleasant one!!
Have stayed here previously on several occassions and was beginning to look quite worn. It is quite noticeable that they are working hard on upgrading. This is certainly paying off, as staff also seem a lot happier with a better surrounding and are happy to boast (not that they were ever that bad to begin with). Good Job Guys! Our room was a delight with new bathroom & kitchen to boot!!! Also, location of this Unit is perfect!!!

An ageing facility but still good value if all you are looking for is a bed within a great location. Well catered for kitchen roomy but, no ensuite. There was a ceiling leak in the bathroom from upstairs and management had maintenance straight onto it (I was impressed with this service). Otherwise clean and tidy. You wouldn't want to get caught in the lift as very hot (no air con in elevator). Enjoyed the stay.
As we were arriving after hours we received details on how to pick up the keys and also got a courtesy call just in case. This was an excellent service. The room was very clean and comfortable meeting our needs perfectly. The only downside were the limited office hours, however, if you were not using the reception desk then this would not be an issue. Would certainly recommend this hotel to other [website] members.

They weren't luxury apartments, but they where clean and fresh. Had a problem with water from air con, fixed in very good time.
It wasn't mentioned in promotional material that there is no ensuite in the master bedroom like most 2BRs in the Surfers Paradise, so if you think you will have privacy of your own bathroom in the master BR then this has not. Also there wasn't a bathtub in the only bathroom, only shower facility. Apart from that the room is nicely done up, living area smaller but clean and neat, the room we stayed was fairly new, except kitchen stove, and staff helpful except for an unauthorized entry made to my room by repair staff without knocking, everything was fine. No broadband internet facilities but there are a few around that area. Very convenient and safe location. Pleasant stay overall.

While we first got this confused with another similar named place we found it. Very conveniently located and while not right on the beachfront still has nice views, very clean, fantastically helpful managers, great pool and heated spa, also a sauna but was not hot when i went ealry in the morning. Walking distance to the surf claub and bars and beach, would reccomend it to anyone for a good budget place to stay and will stay there again.
Beware desk closes at 5pm.
Although we didn't need to use the air-conditioning it was appreciated that both this and effective fans were available for use. Plenty of cupboard space and general room allowing a feel of home away from home.
