good staff, good location, the studio rooms have an outer door for rooms and we did find the room noise from the next room and then the cleaners in that room the next morning a bit loud.

We found our stay at BreakFree Savannah Resort Gold Coast very good, for it's position and price. However, we were very disappointed that on two nights out of the five we stayed, our vehicle had to go out on the street due to not enough car parks designated for cutomers of the resort.

Very good location, cleanliness, cost. The king bed was two large singles together, but it was very comfortable and did not separate. Breakfast was a bit more than minimal continental, with a small range of packet cereals, a range of breads for toast (including multi-grain), canned fruits and one yoghurt. The room wasn't cleaned or made up during the day, but over only two nights that hardly mattered.

the king bed was 2 single beds pushed together - very uncomfortable as they actually moved apart. Hair dryer did not work either. Everything else was fine.

I have never in my life been asked for a security deposit for accommodation I have already paid for. On top of that, an imprint of my debit card was not acceptable and I had to ante up cash. I will think twice before doing this again.

Location was opposite Pacific Fair & Casino which was nice. First room had air-con that didn't work however I requested a room change and that was fine. Spa near wading pool was not heated. Don't get the continental breakfast option as there are places along Surf Pde that do a full breakfast for less. Overall however it was comfortable & modern, nice balcony, very nice service from Kylie. So overall around 6/10

We really enjoyed our stay , location was good, check in excellent staff were very helpful . We would definatley return. excellent facilities especially for the price.

Great location right opposite Conrad Jupiters and 5 min walk to Broadbeach cafe strip and beach. Very clean rooms and great value for money with breakfast included

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Our free continental breakfast only included a small selection of cereals, toast and apples as fruit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to ask for our milk for tea and coffee as it wasn't in the room and the room's phone wasn't working (no one could ring to the room). I was expecting the room to be cleaned during out stay but it wasn't.

they need to replace the outdoor furniture on the balconies and in the cafe as it looks dirty and is very old

Good hotel but poor service after hours

The room was very small studio, enough room for one person, with no Kitchen Facilities, well a toaster, no Table to eat from.I felt you had to get out every night, as the noise was bad from Building nearby. You had to to keep your Balcony door shut as too much noise. It really was not for me as I like a big unit.

Good views, excellent location! Will definitely stay there again.

Our executive studio apartment was modern and well-equipped. The hotel is in a good location - walking distance to Jupitors, Draculas, Pacific Fair and Broadbeach Mall. Only negative aspect was the noise from the construction site nearby.

It was a pleasure to stay at Breakfree Savannah. Good Service, Great Price! Great Weather. There was only one thing that could've made it better..... A longer Stay! Thank you Rebecca

Stayed here before, great location, great hotel.

Was a little disappointed that we had an executive room with king size bed but the bed was two singles pushed together. And also the licensed cafe was only open for breaskfast and no other times. (not sure why its licensed)

Good hotel, but was a bit noisy in the rooms especially in the mornings. Good locations only 2 streets away from the buzz restaurant area and over the road from the shopping centre.
