"On arrival I had to pay $200 up front for any expenses incurred. I know this is the norm at most hotels but I have only ever had to have my credit card swipped not pay this up front. I made a cup of coffee and went to put the rubbish in the bin, to my horror the bin was overflowing and had a baby disposable nappy in it. Clearly the bin had not been emptied by housekeeping from the previous guests. The spa was very noisy also." - Garry Hill
