Brook Westfield House Hotel Leicester

The room size was very large and clean. We had to ask for the travel cot to be put in our room when we arrived. Room service was good but they did forget to bring us our breakfast and we had to chase them, when it arrived it was missing some of the items ordered. We were discounted £10 off our bill but were a little disappointed.

Enjoyed a swim and sauna before breakfast

this is a newly refurbished hotel with pleasant well appointed rooms,plus good fitness facilities.

Super little hotel and excellent value for money. We paid 45 pounds for a nights B and B, that was for both of us. The swimming pool was fine. The changing rooms needed a little updating but were clean. The hotel is currently being updated and I expect will then be more expensive.

Excellent hotel with nice large cool room (at the rear of the building facing the car park) and nice bathroom. Small pool with jacuzzi, well equipped gym, steam room etc. All in all, a very pleasant surprise as for the money we paid it was outstanding.

A surprise find just outside Leicester. I will be staying here again for sure.

Convienient, reasonably priced and do not charge for car parking.

The reception staff were excellent. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar at night. Staff young but very helpful.

We found the service impeccable and friendly. The room and the Hotel was very clean and welcoming. The food in the restuarant was most enjoyable. Would definitely reccommend and stay again.

Fantastic breakfast!

A very pleasant hotel in a quiet leafy suburb of Leicester. Well situated for access to the motorway or Leicester itself. Staff were very polite, welcoming and friendly. Very good facilites eg. Gym, Pool and Jaccuzi. Food to a very high standard but a little expensive. Would definitely stop here again when in the area.

Generally a good Hotel set in a quiet location outside of town. Some single rooms are rather small.
