The single room was very cramped and a smell of cheap air freshener was all-pervasive.Breakfast was very ordinary. The owner, Michelle, was friendly.
Brooklands host was friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the breakfast was ample. Overall a nice place and good location.

i booked 2 rooms , room 8 is at the top of the house it as a very bad electrics system, the roof is very low , the safety factor of this room does not come upto scratch. room 7 was fine.
Very clean, basic breakfast. When you know where to park, very easy. 4 restuarants within half a mile. Room on small side, but ideal as a stop over.
