Getting there:
The Sat. Nav. co-ordinates for Brookville House are N53 17.163' and W 006 10.75. We are at the entrance to Springhill Avenue just off the Deansgrange Road, Blackrock, Dublin. Let us know your mode of transport and from where you are travelling and we will email detailed directions to you. Easy access to the city centre via Dart and bus; Dun Laoghaire/Blackrock/Seapoint Monkstown Dart stops are closeby and bus numbers 4, 45 and 46A within 100 metres. The 4 bus runs every 15 minutes, it stops just outside our gate, has a journey time into O'Connell Bridge on O'Connell Street Dublin City Centre of 20-25 minutes, as it travels along a bus corridor so it is not affected by traffic, it also stops directly outside the main gates of the Blackrock Clinic, Vincents Hospital and RDS all within 6 mins of Brookville House.

Check-in Procedure:
Please email a mobile contact number, a flight number and an approximate arrival time to Brookville House Early check ins and late check outs will be accommodated where possible if adequate advance notice is given. We also have secure luggage facilities. Pets welcome, please notify us in advance, thank you, additional charges apply

Car parking:
We have 2 private secure floodlit car parks, car parking is free. We also welcome motorbikes and bicycles.

Child Policy:
Children aged 3 or under are free of charge when sharing with their parents. A baby cot or childs bed suitable for toddlers can be supplied free of charge if advised at time of booking. Children under 12 years of age are charged at 20 euro per child when sharing their parent room. Children in a bedroom other than parents room will be treated costwise as adults. Please state ages of children at time of booking.

A very pleasant stay in what is a regular B.&B. with excellent service and great effort from the owners, and certainly not in Blackrock, but Deansgrange

Single Ensuite Room

Single rooms contain a single bed. All rooms are en-suite with a power-shower, every room has a flat-screen T.V. (22 Stations incl. Sky Sport and C.N.N.)with integrated DVD player (DVD library with DVDs suitable for children free of charge); iron/ironing-board; fridge; microwave; hairdryer; tea/coffee with biscuits; knives, forks and plates for take-away deliveries from local restaurants if required. All rooms have High-Speed Wireless Broadband. They also have direct dial telephones with their own individual telephone numbers, so your friends can call you directly in your room. All local landline calls are free of charge. On your pillow you'll find a complimentary chocolate while white fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied in your private ensuite. Rooms are serviced daily.
