Lovely little hotel frenche style located at the limit of Hanoi Old town , 10 minutes by car to the Hoam Kiem lake -Hanoi touristic center Nice little clean new refurbished room and bathroom We choose a room without window -located oposite of the street so it was very quiet. The staff was realy frendly, gentel and helpfull and provide us with all the information that we need They organised a lovely Christmas party (free) for all the guest I will recomende this hotel to mine friends Ileana - Canada

Yhe hotel is on a busy road that is quite noisy. It is also very close to the Old Quarter which is good.

The hotel is well run and quite new with facilities of a good standard. We found the staff keen to please and the breakfast provided of a basic standard. On the downside the hotel fronts a very busy road so the front rooms have constant traffic noise. Also, we were disappointed that when it came time to pay the bill a service tax was added even though the price quoted on Rates to Go already included the tax. However the tax was removed without argument when this was pointed out.

Rooms on the very busy street are extremely noisy + staff is not always reliable (they forgot the wake up call we asked for) + immediate surroundings are very noisy and definitely not the best spot in Hanoi. Overall, we were disappointed !
