Good Hotel, Service was fantastic, and Breakfast was amazing. It is not the best location but you can walk to Paddington station (which is a main metro station) in less than 4mins, so getting around was very easy.
It wa O.K.
bathroom is very small, heating is not working, abit cold in winter breakfast is ok
Hotel rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. The staff are friendly and nothing is a bother for them. The hotel is near to Paddington station and underground which allows easy access to all of London's many sights. Would recommend this hotel to both couples and families.
A very comfortable hotel, although single room quite small but still adequate with reasonable facilities at a most reasonable price for such an excellent location. A very good breakfast and friendly staff. I would certainly recommend it to all my friends visiting London.
Very small room and bathroom, but clean and well kept. Staff very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money.
Yet another London hotel with rooms so small you can barely turn around! Clean, well maintained and with good internet wifi, lifts helpful for upper floors. Staff OK but could do with "Smile lessons". Check out the exact adress on google as the Hotel Club map is WAY wrong! Much closer to Paddington Station than shows on here
A clean hotel with very small rooms (sepially the bathroom). Good breakfast and great location. I would recommend the hotel, nice to a ok price. Friendly staff.
I liked the hotel, even though my single room had the size of a shoebox. However, it was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The location was absolutely great and just a few minutes from the nearest bus stop. On the negative side, there are just a few things that I would complain about: it took around 5-10 minutes for the water to get warm and the pressure of the warm water was very very low, both in the hand basin and in the shower. There was also a constant badish smell in the bathroom. When I ordered my room I also got the impression that the breakfast was included in the price. I also ordered a room for smokers, but got a non smoking room. Still, I think that I would go back, I thought it was overall good value.
We were given a good size room with ample space for suitcases and closet space for more than the 5 days that we stayed there. Everything else was fine with us which made our stay in London all the more pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms got a bit chilly as it was the beginning of winter and the two radiators in the room would have more effect if the windows were double glazed. Otherwise, it's a hotel we'll definitely be booking into for our next visit to London.
Small comfortable room and good value for money.
We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Will definitly come back another time if we are going to London again. Size of room was just rigth for two adults.
Clean & OK - Will use again
An average hotel for the price and location. But apart from the bed, the room that is supposed to be for 2 adults is not even small for 1. There is a writing chair but no writing desk - because there is no space for a desk! Continental breakfast is ok.
Very conveniently located near to Paddington Main line and tube stations. The hotel was very ordinary but satisfactory, with a lift that was very unpredictable and therefore not a good idea to use - making walking up three flights of stairs tiring. Breakfast was efficient but a greater choice of varieties would have been nice, especially after several days of staying there.
Very small rooms but cosy and affordable. Very close to station and easy to find. Staff very helpful
Perfect location just a few hundred yards from Paddington station. Cheap but still fully ok.
Our first room was small, run down with uncomfortable beds and had a very strong smell in it. Luckily staff was very nice and helpfull and changed our room into much better one for the rest of our stay.
The bed was most uncomfortable, I could feel the springs and got bitten from ?bedbugs. Have booked with them to stay on the 6th and 7th July, hopefully it will be a better. Thank you.
For the price and star rating, we found Brunel to be more than adequate for our needs. The staff were helpful and efficient. I would recommend it for inexpensive, convenient accommodation in central London.
