"I liked the hotel, even though my single room had the size of a shoebox. However, it was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The location was absolutely great and just a few minutes from the nearest bus stop.
On the negative side, there are just a few things that I would complain about: it took around 5-10 minutes for the water to get warm and the pressure of the warm water was very very low, both in the hand basin and in the shower. There was also a constant badish smell in the bathroom. When I ordered my room I also got the impression that the breakfast was included in the price. I also ordered a room for smokers, but got a non smoking room. Still, I think that I would go back, I thought it was overall good value. " - Anonymous
"We were given a good size room with ample space for suitcases and closet space for more than the 5 days that we stayed there. Everything else was fine with us which made our stay in London all the more pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms got a bit chilly as it was the beginning of winter and the two radiators in the room would have more effect if the windows were double glazed.
