An exquisite hotel ideally situated on the old Fish Market, at 6 mn walk from the “Grand Place” of Brussels. The hotel is on the same time unusual and surprising… offering a truly world tour in 17 rooms. Indeed, the 17 rooms will transport you in a different country, each time with its own decoration, representing different countries. The owners, Sophie and Michel Smeesters, has travel all over the world and they have bring back from each time some furniture needed for the decoration layout of the hotel. The furniture is authentic and with quality, the result is successful and the universe involved you to all over the rooms. The bathrooms are of course also in the style of the country and all our Deluxe Rooms and suites have whirlpool tub or shower with double Jacuzzi spa. Here you are at the heart of Brussels, on a beautiful address and the service is up to the quality of the decoration. It’s a really different hotel and authentic!

Getting there:We are at about 8 minutes by walk from the Grand Place, from 10 minutes by subway to the European Center Congress. We are just located on the front of the Subway Station St Catherine. And also we can provide you a private shuttle from or to the airport.
Check-in Procedure:Please, note that the reception desk is not open 24h/24h. WE CLOSED AT 11 PM . So, we ask you to let us know AT WHAT TIME YOU THINK YOU WILL ARRIVED.

The rooms were clean and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. Hotel is in easy walking distance of Brussels centre.
My stay there was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and close in proximity to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and courteous at all times. Good selection for breakfast. Look forward to staying there again.
those rooms are spacious and comfortable with a size which is approximately for about 15 square meters. All our Standards rooms are equipped with a double bed (possibility to make two beds), a LCD screen with satellite channels, and also with a free wireless access. Also you can find a large and cosy bathroom with a shower cabin.

The Welcome hotel deserves such a name. No better place to feel like home while travelling to Brussels. Great Location and surroundings. Great connection with the public transports.

This hotel staff went above and beyond their duties! I give them a 10 out of 10 with their service. Their rooms were also in great shape and they have an excellent location. The only thing I would recommend to anyone staying in the city center of Brussels is not to drive unless you call the hotel and get good directions. Downtown Brussels can be very difficult to drive in because of the street names. I must say that I was especially pleased with Vanessa and all of her very helpful knowledge. I give this hotel an A+!

Great hotel. The exceptionally nice owners and staff went out of their way to accommodate extra requests, give us directions, make sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is convenient to a metro station and within walking distance of several sites. The themed rooms are nicely done and the bathroom was very large compared with the European bathrooms I've become accustomed to. The Hotel Welcome is a great value for the price.
