"The hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them the hotels facilities were very good, we stayed for four nights over the easter period as a group of 21 and had a great time so much so that we are looking to return again at the end of June the hotels location was excellent just 15 minutes from the airport, Bunratty is a great location for visiting the sights of county Clare " - James Thomason

"room size and decor was ok - but - TV didn't work for duration of the 3 day stay, trouser press was broken so we had to ask and wait for the availability of an iron, gents toilets in the reception area were disgusting, 2 out of the 3 mornings we waited 20 minutes for breakfast while tables were being reset - not impressed " - DEREK ROSE

•At Shannon Airport, take the 1st exit of the Roundabout onto the N19
•At the next Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the N19
•At the next Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the N19 (signposted all routes)
•At Shannon Town Roundabout, take the 2nd exit on to the N19 (signposted Galway, Limerick)
•At roundabout take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the N18
•Continue on the N18 until you seen a sign for Bunratty Village on the Left, and take the slip road of the Dual Carrageway.
•Proceed into Bunratty Village and the Bunratty Shannon Shamrock Hotel is located on the Left
