Getting there:2.5 hours drive from Perth, Busselton River Resort is the perfect base from where you can explore the South Wests wineries, galleries and beautiful beaches. Located on the banks of the Vasse River and at the gateway to Busselton, we are just minutes to the town centre, the famous Busselton Jetty and the Old Butter Factory.
Check-in Procedure:Our Reception Hours are from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm daily. Please advise on booking if you are arriving outside of these hours so arrangements can be made.

Child Policy:We love Kids! If you need an additional bed, an extra charge is payable of $15.00. Kids over 11 are classed as adults and are charged $22.00 per night for their bed

Great place, not flash, but with all the amenities you need and clean. Beautiful walk acrross the road, alondside the river. Tranquil setting

Good for a budget motel, rooms recently renovated .
We enjoyed our stay and found the room to be very clean and neat. Quite spacious with a great shower in the bathrooom. The pool was lovely and clean - great for an arvo swim. Excellent value for money. The only down side we found was that we were expecting the hotel to be closer to the middle of the "city"
Enjoyed a lovely day/night. Very quite and aesthetic setting close to all facilities. Other patrons seemed to have mutual respect for other lodgers which I appreciated.
Beautiful gardens by the river, very relaxing. Well kept pool area. Rooms & ensuite have recently been refurbished so everything in good order and clean, especially the carpets. We were upstairs where all rooms had a balcony overlooking the gardens. Plenty of parking. 5 min. drive to town & beach. Good value for money.

Hotel room clean but not comfortable, very tiny television suspended from wall, only way to watch it was from the bed which was too soft
The room was clean and tidy and the balcony overlooked a beautiful green garden. I found the staff at Reception to be helpful and the girls answered all of my questions in a professional and informative way. I would definitely stay here again.
The resort is very comfortable and clean, the service was very warm and welcoming. I would definitely book there again and am happy to recommend the resort to anyone travelling to Busselton. Probably a bit too long a walk into town for young chilldren and those not used to a good walk, but only takes a couple of minutes to drive in.

The Staff wasn't really willing to give informations, we didn't even know the check out time, as well there was no willing to give informations about the region. Except of that the rooms are very nice and absolutely clean, we definitely enjoyed our stay there.
One of the few places which does not insist on a 3 day booking for a 3-day weekend - would stay again
The Busselton River Resort was amazing value for money! It was modern, clean, and functional; in a convenient location at the entrance to Busselton; right on the River's edge. A warm welcome was received at the on-site restaurant where I could unwind in the comfortable leather lounge by the open fire while awaiting my meal! I'll come again.
