"We stayed 7 nights in the deluxe room; reception staff are polite, speaks clear English. Concierge staff are inexperienced & difficult to communicate at times. The room is 'decent' sized & had a super king sized bed as we got a twin sharing room. Walls between rooms are thin; you can hear people talking loudly. Sheets & towels changed daily by housekeeping, who had inconsistencies, eg missing complimentary bottles of water & floormats. Overall, it was a pleasant stay & as we know HK well, it was easy to get around. The hotel doesn't have a cafe/kitchen, hence no room service. We recommend this hotel for those who venture outside alot. Not for those who stay indoors & expect room service to provide meals. Taxis are not allowed to stop directly at the front of the hotel as it is a bus lane. The nearest is to stop at the South Pacific Hotel which is 30 feet away. You have to drag your luggage with you to the hotel where the concierge is at the ground floor. The check-in is at Level 3. " - Anonymous
"Butterfly on Morrison is a brand-new hotel with excellent location. We stayed there 3 nights in a superior twin room in mid-October 2009, and we really enjoyed our stay. Amenities and service were good.
Just one thing we did not like about the hotel : the sound of the elevator at night ("ding" when it stops at each floor).... " - Anonymous
"Great boutique hotel with modern decor and great service. As this is a new hotel (only been open for a month) there were a couple of minor issues - broadband in room dropped out often and Air Con leaked as little but the good outweighed the bad. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Location is ok, about 8mins walk to Causeway Bay MTR. The room itself is very modern and clean. Please note - Bathrooms are not for the modest, no frosted glass dividing bedroom from bathroom and toilet!" - Anonymous
