Pretty good and well located near Rialto, if a little hard to find at first (up a back alley with a small brass nameplate). No great views, but quiet (not sure you can have both in Venice)
We had a brilliant time here. Service was wonderful, room was huge tasteful and in a great location. Great value for money, highly recommend. WE were in the annex building.
This was a perfect little hotel/guest house to stay in for our first trip to Venice. The location was great once you found it! We went the wrong way but it really is only 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Rooms are clean and good size, the only problem was a very damp smell in one corner of our room, this could just be venice though! There was a safe, hairdryer and mini fridge in the room. Downside; tiny shower, smell, hard to find at first! I would recommend it though as staff very pleasant and happy to keep your luggage for late check out free of charge.
Overall we were all very impressed with Price, Location and facilities. When we return to Venice we would definitely consider staying there again.
excellent postition. receptionist are there only at rush hours to receive new people then leave. can contact them on mobile for free. no breakfast or any facilities but very nice rooms
Great location and very helpful manager. Clean, v. good standard accommodation with modern well appointed ensuite. In an excellent setting for Venice - right where you want to be, just 10 minutes walk from S.Marco Square and 2 minutes from Rialto, surrounded by cafes & restaurants, small food shops and even a small supermarket - all in classical narrow Venetian streets, lots of character. Would love go back again.
This is a smaller Hotel (properly named a Tourist House). Don't let that fool you, its guarded with two secure doors before it reaches your room. They have about 6-7 rooms available at a time and are kept very neat and clean with cleaning service daily. The Manager makes it known that his' available 24 hours a day and gives you his cell number. Now we never had to use the number, but if we did, I felt that i would get a reply from him immediately. This is due to his attentiveness to make sure we had places to see and things to do as he ask all the time as we walked passed his office daily. Pricing was a bit bias for us... I felt it was worth the extra money to be only a couple minutes of a walk to the Rialto Bridge, and really in the center of shopping for Venice. -- My fiance just felt it was more expensive compared too other property. OVERALL i recommend.
Good accomodations for the money...big room, small bathroom (everywhere in Italy!) but very clean ...Little hard to find, but follow the directions they give you and you should be fine...2 minute walk from Rialto bridge.
We had a great time at this hotel, we arrived at 2am but the hotel staff stayed until we arrived and we very polite and helpful. For those uninitiated to Venice it is a maze and this hotel is very poorly signed and hard to find.
