Getting there:Close to a canal Ca' del Campo can be easily reached either by private taxi or by public boat: - from Marco Polo airport almost every 30 min. by Alilaguna boat to St. Mark's Square - from Piazzale Roma (garage and air terminal) by public boat (ACTV) to St. Mark's Square with line No. 1, 82 and N (night line) - from Santa Lucia railway station by public boat (ACTV) to St. Mark's Square with line 1, 82 and N (night line) - from Tronchetto (car parking) by public boat (ACTV) line 82 and N (night line) From St. Mark's Square the walking distance is of about two minutes crossing the Square passing under the Clock Tower up to the end of the Mercerie dell'Orologio and then turning right to come at Campo San Zulian. Ca' del Campo is exactly behind the Church of San Zulian.

The location is so close to the dock at Piazza San Marco. Very convenient. The room looked elegant, and surprisingly so, considering the price. However, our first room did have a smelly bathroom. We asked for a different room and we were given a new one without any hassle. Great service and the breakfast is good.
Great position, clean & tidy, tastefully decorated. The rooms were very hot and air con did not work which meant we slept with the window open which resulted in being bitten alive! If you are in room 206 the shower/toilet room is very small and a biggish person would certainly not fit in!
The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Highly recommended.

Clean, bright comfortable public areas. Excellent breakfast. Minute lift (for 4 - but only if stick thin!) Well-stocked mini-bar - but 3 euro for small bott water. However, do not think 'superior single' applies to room with sofa-bed - altho' double, mattress not very comfortable.
A beautiful hotel located 5 minutes walk from Saint Mark's square and the Rialto Bridge. The desk staff were really helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was a good size with air conditioning and a comfortable bed! The bathroom was tiny though, and only had a shower but it's not as if we spent a lot of time in there! We'd definitely recommend this hotel and the beautiful city of Venice!

Great location, close to the Square but very quiet. The room was small, but fine for 2 people on a short break. Excellent breakfast. It's not cheap but for central Venice I think it is good value. I would stay there again

The location is convenient and at a reasonable price. Also, the view from the breakfast room is very pretty - all the rooftops of typical Venetian buildings, which is very different from the perspective that you get on the ground.
