"Very close to trainstation and waterbus station-just 5 min walking, so with this place you won't be dragging heavy luggage around in Venice, while located in small alley away from mainstreet ensures quiet surrounding/good rest. (no elevator in hotel,which is rather common in Italy)" - Anonymous
