"The hotel is close to almost all of the tourist sights of Prague, and a very short walk. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff the night we checked was very rude, but the next two days, the rest of the staff was great. The breakfast was typical European fare and open for a long period. " - Anonymous

"The location was excellent and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was varied although a little slow in refilling hot foods. The style, decor, and cleanliness was spot on. My only complaint would be that booking executive suite did not necessarily have executive benefits. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and even more noisy. Staff did try to accommodate this by allowing extra duvets to cushion the mattress but I only just coped for 4 nights. I would go again but would want to make sure that my bed was suitable. There is a great pizza place to the left of the hotel and the food is really good, also a Czech restaurant opposite does a lovely lobster cocktail salad and the beer is a must. Sauna and gym were small but looked brand new which is free if you book executive. Tea/coffee facilities should be in all rooms." - Dee Dee McCollin

"Great place to stay - close to attractions. Staff very helpful. Make sure you have Czech Crowns before you take a taxi ride from the railway station or airport as the taxi drivers will take you for a ride. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of eating places close by. " - Anonymous
