"Nothing stands out as really good or really bad. I went on short notice and on the weekend, so the pricing wasn't an issue. The cleanliness of the rooms could be an issue for those used to better hotels, but if you're willing to accept that some of the rooms are a bit worn and dusty then it shouldn't be a major issue. I found the breakfast quite nice - at least you're given options for a hot meal. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the city centre, but it's right next to Calton Hill (which gives a great view of the city and the Firth of Forth) and not too far from Holyrood and Arthur's Seat." - Anonymous

Turn right onto B901 Montagu Terrace for 0.7 miles. Continue straight ahead onto B900 Canonmills for 0.1 miles. Bear right onto B901 Rodney Street for 0.6 miles. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto A900 Leith Walk for 0.1 miles. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto B1350 London Road for 0.1 miles.
