"The owner himself helped check us in early on our first day. He's was really friendly and made us feel welcome, a huge contrast from the reception guy at Holiday Inn Kensington Forum in London. When we realised that our tour to the Isle of Skye was cancelled last minute by the agent Timberbush, one of their staff,Jenna went out of her way to book and organise a tour for us the very next day. "Great location in city centre. I paid £10 for secure parking at the back of the hotel which was very handy. Staff were lovely.The hotel is a bit run down but clean enough. The bed was not very comfortable not enough pillows. The shower was very cool but improved a bit in the morning. We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food." - Pauline McRobert

Continue straight ahead onto A8 Glasgow Road for 1.6 miles. Turn left onto A902 Maybury Road for 1.5 miles. Turn right onto A90 Queensferry Road for 1.9 miles. Bear left onto A902 Telford Road for 2.2 miles.
Turn right onto B901 Montagu Terrace for 0.7 miles. Continue straight ahead onto B900 Canonmills for 0.1 miles. Bear right onto B901 Rodney Street for 0.6 miles. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto A900 Leith Walk for 0.1 miles. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto B1350 London Road for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto Windsor Street and arrive at the Cairn Hotel.
