Getting there:Cairns Luxury Apartments - Harbour Lights Complex is located on the Marina, on the Esplanade in the city opposite the Hilton Hotel.
Check-in Procedure:Check in is at 2:00 pm. The check-in lounge is located at the Visitor Information Centre on the corner of Marlin Parade and The Esplanade. All check-ins must be processed at this location. Office hours are 8AM to 9PM. Guests are to contact the Office should they be arriving outside of these times to arrange a representative to meet them with the keys.

Great room which was very spacious. View of the harbour was excellent from our room. Apartments are close to restuarants and shops. Looking forward to staying here again when in Cairns.
Fantastic hotel to stay in cairns. Great service, very clean and well equipped. I would reccommend staying in an apartment as they are very spacious with lovely balconys. Situated in a lovely spot on the marina, quick walk to everything including the town centre, esplanade, shopping mall, supermarkets etc. Great restaraunts under hotel and they have the best air conditioner I have ever seen We just loved our stay here and cannot wait to go and stay there again. Lisa at check-in is just wonderful and always happy to help, she made our stay even more enjoyable.
We checked in the day before TC Yasi, the service receivced from Ivana at check in was fantastic and the service by the on site manager Lisa was wonderful. She checked on us many times before & after the event & even moved us to another room closer to hers as the cyclone appoached. The rooms were lovely and we were very safe & secure during the cyclone. I would highly recommend this hotel, not only for the location, but for the efficent and friendly staff.

Amazing location! Just near the departure of cruises and also quite close to central shopping! The view is fabulous in the apartment. But the check in place is really confusing which is different from the hotel and not in the reception desk. And the stuff are not so kind without smile--disappointed part. Anyway still good choice for next time!
The garden view apartment we had was great, but the amount of light that made its way into the bedroom of a morning was a real drawback. There are no thick blinds or curtains on the glass doors leading out to the balcony. This wouldn't normally be a problem, but the wall between the living area and the bedroom is simply frosted glass or Perspex-like. Otherwise very nice, comfortable bed, big TV.
Very comfortable, well appointed and in a nice location. Close to town with parks nearby. Close to lots of fantastic restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Boardwalk at your door with a nice view across the water.
Great place to stay and excellent value but make sure you dont get this mixed up with Harbour Lights Cairns (same building in same location) BUT 1 is handled by the hotel the other by a separate body you have to go to to get the key. This can be confusing and frustrating and is not clearly illustrated on either site when booking on-line! Also the Luxury Apartments are not serviced daily - only every 3 days which is not good considering the prices are similar. Worth staying there however! Would do so again...

Great location right at the Marina where you can catch a boat to the Great Barrier Reef. The office can arrange any type of tour you want. Our reservation was lost and they graciously upgraded us to a larger apartment. It was large, clean, clean, clean apartment with beautiful views, it was a dream holiday. Restaurants close by and walking distance to shops and the Esplanade. Would definitely stay here again.
Location was wonderful and room was very well equipped. It would have been nice if we had a room service to empty garbage and provide clean towels during our stay but all in all was a great getaway and would highly recommend.
Hotel has modern facilities, is in a good location, overlooking harbour and good service made it an enjoyable stay. T V screen needs to be a couple of sizes larger in Room 202.
We were upgraded so enjoyed a better than expected level of accommodation, which only served to enhance our enjoyment of a week's stay in Cairns. The welcome and service were excellent. The view of the harbour and the action around it were outstanding. We will stay there again and warmly recommend it.
Great place to stay!!! Perfect location next to the Marina (all the diving trips and cruises departuring from here) and the Pier (place where all restaurants are). City is 3 minutes walk away. The apartment was pretty spacious and beautifully designed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to fully enjoy their holidays.
harbour lights cairns is located next to the reef terminal! we have easy access to the outer barrier reef cruise. the room is bright and spacious. we really enjoyed our stay there.
