"I really enjoyed Cairns Resort by Outrigger. The facilities were excellent and the customer service was outstanding. Debbie did an excellent job when dealing with me. On one occasion I was booking a couple of tours through her and an elderly gentleman was waiting beside me and Debbie asked if I minded if she told him she'd be right with him.....she went one better and called someone in the back to come out and help him right away.
