Cairns Villa and Leisure Park is an award winning accommodation property, ideally situated only 4 km from the city centre and offers tropical resort-style accommodation situated amongst 10 acres of landscaped gardens. We have 16 fully self-contained villas and 32 fully self-contained cabins. They all have a private balcony, airconditioning, Free Austar cable television, kitchen facilities, ensuite bathroom & varying layouts which can sleep from 1 - 5 in comfort. Guests can take advantage of our large saltwater pool & childrens wading pool area with free electric BBQ's, playground, beach volleyball, games room with Free Austar cable television for all the family to enjoy. At reception we have a facsimile and photocopy service. For guests who don't feel like cooking, a Cafe on-site offers Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner served 7 days a week. Cairns Villa is within walking distance of Supermarkets, Taverns, and Leagues Club. The local bus service stops at the door every 15 minutes for transport to the City or Northern Beaches and a taxi to the City and the new Esplanade Lagoon is as little as $15 dollars.

Getting there:Domestic Airlines fly to Cairns Daily. Queensland Rail and Tilt Train arrive daily from Brisbane and Southern States. Major Coach Lines arrive daily. If driving and entering Cairns via the Bruce Highway, turn left at the McCoombe Street lights and continue along for approx. 3kms. Cairns Villa is on the Right.
Check-in Procedure:ID and credit card details must be provided on check-in. Reception is open from 8.00am - 7.00 pm daily. Late arrivals need to contact reception during office hours on (07) 4053 7133.
Car parking:All Villas have undercover parking and Cabins have their own carparking.
Child Policy:Children stay free
Nice campsite, good location when you have a car and when the weather is dry. Some of the bungalows need to be repaired and smell musty.
A nice park with cabins that were equiped to a good standard. The lady at reception was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Cairns.

Our Queensland Cabins are contructed of Western Red Cedar and are all free standing with their own private balcony. The overlook the pool area. All cabins are feature a Queen size bed with ensuite. The cabins have ceiling fans, airconditioning, cooking facilities with microwave and Free Austar Cable television. Each cabin has its own car park. The Cabins can accommodate up to four.

Surrounded by tropical gardens, the Villas are ensuited, and equipped with cooking facilities including microwave. They have ceiling fans, airconditioning, remote control colour television with free cable tv, undercover carport and private verandah. They feature a separate main bedroom with Queen Size bed. The Villas can accommodate five people maximum.
It was OK but the fan was too noisy to use at night and the air conditioner badly positioned, blowing on the bed. Lucky it wasn't a very hot night!
The villa was well equipped and the surroundings pleasant. The shop was very basic but there was a super- market within walking distance. Furnishings were fairly old, but with a small amount of work on the curtains (more particularly the hanging of) it would have looked a lot better. We enjoyed our stay.
very good value with a tv in room with Austar, kettle toaster and fridge in budjet cabin. Just a pity local bus is expensive into the city centre,approx $11 return for 2 of us.
Leisure Park was located well and easy access with a car. The units were basic but good value.
We have stayed with Cairns Villas numerous times. A great place for a family, Quiet and in rainforest settings.
Great property and fine people who run it. I would definitely stay there again. A little away from shopping areas , but I guess one doesn't go to Cairns with that in mind !
Friendly staff who is willing to give advice on which day trips offers best price value. Just outside of town (3.5km), but shopping mall approx. 500m away.
