The location is very good. The size of room was rather small, but enough. Service are very nice. I will stay there again.

Nice and centrally placed hotel
Fantastic location less than a block from the Tegel Airport bus 109 that also connects to the Zoo Garden station for buses 100 and 200. Sightseeing tour hop on and off bus just across street too. Very clean hotel; breakfast is far above average, plentiful, and well-prepared; rapid check-in--all one wants in a great hotel.

A very friendly staff. Service is good. It was a very pleasant stay. Clean "und punktlich".
The staff are very friendly, always smiling and helpful. They were very kind to our 1 year old, and helped us to be comfortable with a young baby in a hotel. The room was large and clean. The breakfast (included in our booking) was outstanding because they had the traditional German breakfast as well as three hot "American" items. But on the weekend, get to the breakfast area when it opens or wait until the rush is finished at 9AM or so. Overall, we were very satisfied and will stay at this hotel again if visiting Berlin.
This is a lovely hotel, very well situated in the middle of Berlin. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this place highly.
