Campanile Coventry North Hotel

Overall it was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast included in the room price was adequate.

Access to rooms, which are quite separate from the reception building, is via an external single concrete stairway. As a single female, I do not feel secure or comfortable accessing the room after dark.

Staff are amazingly helpful & friendly, much better than in the more expensive hotels nearby. Food simple but excellent. Room quiet large for the price, very clean. Great for a nights stay over instead of facing the dreaded M6. Will definatly stay here again.

easy to find, room was ok, service i found to be poor, on arrival it took 15 mins to get room key, then when i went to the restraunt it took ages to get served and the food to ages to come.the two younge ladies serving seemed more interested in flurting with one of the you men sitting on the table next to me than serving my food. the room was quite but the bathroom is in need of updating and smelt of stagnent water.

The Hotel is abit dated however clean and friendly.

Excellent bistro style evening meal with very good salad buffet bar and reasonable choice of menu and wines. Breakfast on a par or better than most 4 star hotels. Overall excellent and great value for money, we'll be staying there again!

One has to accept that this is pretty basic accomodation. It's pretty clean though the getting a llittle shabby in terms of maintenance(craks in loo, a bit of peeling paint here and there. Staff are friendly and the food is pretty good. I was disapointed that the only power point in the room was for the tele - no others at all. A friendly but basic and slightly shabby budget hotel. You get what you pay for. I'll stay there again as the alternatives are so expensive in the area.

Hotel has very good beds to sleep and it is absolutely worth to stay in this hotel. Nice staff.

Very good value 'stop-over' accomodation.

Booked for 2 Adults and 2 Children, clearly the hotel only caters for 2 per room, this should be rectified on the web site. However the staff and especially duty manager could not do enough to to help the situation.

Very shocked to see that only one plug socket in the hotel room, and we had to hun for that one. One day didn't have any towels. On the whole, a nice, basic, clean room, did the job

Fantastic smiling reception staff. It is always nice to go there and to have a real french black cafe in the morning - a great boost for the day!

Prices were great and the Restaurent had an impressive menu for such a small hotel This Hotel was a little piece of france in Coventry

Everybody agreed that our stay there was very comfortable. The bistro was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. When in Coventry, I will stay at this hotel again.

The food selection for the breakfast was excellent. Makes a real differeence to have good food.
