Getting there:From Caen/Carentan: Take the N13 (4 lanes) to Tola Glacerie. Go straight over two large roundabouts, heading towards Cherbourg centre. Just after passing the town hall (mairie) on the left, take a right into Rue de Montmartre, where the hotel is located. From Cherbourg Centre: Head towards Caen on the Avenue of Paris (N13). After the FAP garage turn left into Rue de Montmartre.

they kindly still gave us a meal when we arrived from the ferry despite the fact they were closing...excellent food and courteous service....rooms are small but have everything you need.
Great value for money and the restauarant food was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaints are that the walls are a bit on the thin side, and the mattresses could use replacement. Overall would highly recommend if you are looking for budget overnighter before moving South.
