"This place is just fine. I only stayed one night and even then only for a few hours, but the room was nice and clean (it's in a different building to reception and bar) and there was a nice friendly lad on the desk.

""You get what it says on the tin" with this motel/hotel. It serves its purpose. Clean, accessible and certainly gives value for money. It's a little bit down the road from the main attractions but when the weather's good they are easily walkable. Didn't eat there as we had a prior engagement. Free parking -a godsend. A MacD accross the road for brekki and a good view of part of the Docks. Would stay again." - William Lock

"Liverpool Hotels in the year of culture seem to be quite expensive. The Campanile was very reasonably priced. 10minutes walk from the City Centre and a bit less to The Albert Dock.
Bedrooms clean and comfortable, a basic hotel, as we knew it would be, but the cooked breakfast was not very nice, but as you could also indulge, as much as you wished, on the Continental breakfast, that helped.
