A very average hotel. The doors to my balcony did not stay shut let alone lock! The lift was out of order during the morning so I had to walk up 7 floors. Not a very nice area at night especially if you are a woman on your own. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. Better places to stay.
The only problem with this hotel is the lift! One very small and slow lift for 7 floors. Significantly cheaper to book online for some reason as well.
Good location for the person who takes trains from Lyon Perrache station.
Although it wasn't next to the train station that we thought is was, Campanile is centrally located and everything is within an easy walk. If you are going to take a river cruise, the meeting place is just on the other side of the "Perrache" train station. The staff is wonderful and very helpful and fluent in English.
Very close to everything in Lyon! Beautiful hotel and "huge" breakfast! I recommend it!

The staff is friendly and the coffee maker in the room is a nice touch.
The hotel has great views of the Campanile and even taking them into account, was pleasantly surprised. My room was nice and quiet, clean, and furnished in both a tasteful and functional fashion. It isn't a spot for great views, but is very handy to the public transport system (metres from the Perrache train/tram station). I would definitely visit this hotel again.
We liked our stay. Good rooms, ideally situated, quiet, nice view, friendly people, very good price/quality relation.
Great hotel! Nice staff, very clean, very good location right next to the train station and metro (and never heard a sound from the station), and within walking distance to main attractions.

The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Definitely recommend people to stay in this hotel. Reasonable pricing for comfortable stay. It's worth it.
