"This is not a 5* hotel nor does it claim to be. It offers the services you would expect from a 2* hotel.
Breakfast was a little tired - there was plenty of it, but most was not totally fresh - the croissants were (for example) hard at the ends - but still edible.
The room was booked as non-smoking, but had obviously been smoked in - I had a sore throat by the end of the first night - my smoke tolerance is not high.
The room facilities were however Ok, although the toilet flushed sluggishly. The room was cleaned and restocked each day.
If you are looking for the Ritz, don't book. If you are prepared to compromise somewhat then this is not a bad bet. I would stay again if I got the correct offer on [your website]." - Andrew Wood
