Our experience at this motel was just what we required for our overnight stay. The kids were able to enjoy the pool and we were able to make good use of the bbq area for our group. The motel was very close to the cricket ground and we would happily recommend the motel to others.
I was traveling with a friend, and booked a hotel room with two beds. We were upgraded to a cabin but with only one bed, which we found out only after we were utterly exhausted and too tired to go sort it out. The next morning the staff were very apologetic and dealt with the matter wonderfully quickly. :D Cabins are neat, use the space well and pleasant to stay in.

Stayed in motel room. Room is OK but a bit old. Area is quite but under a power line.
Good value, clean and well located. Will return !
About 4kms out of city centre. Very clean and well set out room and only a kilometre from Canberra Stadium will come back and stay when Rugby is played in Canberra.
I was impressed! Very clean and well kept. A good range of facilities in the Village and the rooms are very well equipped (microwave, stove, a new fridge of reasonable size). I'd suggest that they leave the microwave / stove / DVD instruction handbooks in the rooms - or else provide an edited version in their welcome kit. The only problem is a very poor wireless internet facility - this should be upgraded. Not a problem particularly as I only stayed overnight, but if I was in town for a week it would be an issue.
The only problem we had was the Queen size bed was against one wall so my husband who has been ill and I had to move the bed out from the wall. There was plenty of room to do so and the room was great after that. It is a good place to stay as we have stayed in a onsite cabin once before and many years ago in our own caravan.
Good accomodation very maccessible easy to locate peaceful, highly recommended.
Tres bien! Very good, the only problem is the location -- a few km from the city center
The complex was first rate with friendly service, extremely clean and comfortable room. I thought it was incredible value for money and only a few ks outside Canberra, provided a peaceful atmosphere as it backs onto a nature reserve.
We went to Canberra overnight for the art exhibition. The location of the motor village was about a 10 min drive into town..really convenient to any of the tourist attractions. We are a family of 5 so the cost was also a bonus as we all fitted into the Ridge view cabin. The area surrounding the village is bushland so it is quiet for a great nights sleep. I would stay there again.
I nice surprise in what apears to be a well organised operation. It was very pleasant and we all enjoyed the take away pizza while watching TV.
Generally very pleasing. The only difficulty was the lack of nearby restaurant facilities and the necessity for taxis for those who flre to Canberra and were without their own car
Pricing would be reasonable for a family of 4, expensive considering the facilities, for 2 people. The main bed was rather poor.
Reasonable accommodation, not too far from everything. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Service was average. There is a lack of visual attractiveness / atmosphere. overall impression just somewhere to stay not a destination.
The cabin was good, however the Q/S bed squeaked every time we moved during the night. The kitchen utensils were lacking, it could do with things like egg cups, serving dishes and better cutlery.
The Boronia room was well equipped for our 8 day stay. Pleasant location away from the traffic and city noise but only 10-15 minute drive to lots of attractions. Needs a better system for recovery of key deposit. Don't pay cash as I did!!!
general this hotel is good. not very complicated in term of paper work for a short stay like me
Helpful reception team. Room clean & all facilities provided. Some older rooms were not as nice as the one we were given so do clarify with staff exactly your requirements. Beautiful bushland setting. Close to ACT attractions & bus service.
Walking distance to the stadium, which was very convenient.
