Cape Town Hollow Boutique Hotel

Pool area not very inspiring. Not advisable to walk anywhere after dark. Concierge service very good. Varied breakfast selection.

Excellently situated next to the Company Gardens, quiet and clean. Good restaurant and adjacent bar. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Our time at the Cape Town Hollow was great. The staff were so helpful and no request was to much. I will return here when in Cape Town again.

Superb location only minutes walk to Kloof street or Long street. Can be a bit quiet late on when heading back to the hotel.Would certainly recommend this excellent hotel.

Wireless internet only available on 2nd floor, right above the business centre. Other rooms do not have access. As it is very easy and cheap for hotels to provide internet services these days, this should be standard available in every guest room. Otherwise, excellent place to stay, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was really well located in a very quiet area. It was very safe to walk into the city centre from the hotel through the beautiful Company Gardens. It was about 30mins walk to the V&A waterfront, and if you needed a taxi the fare was most reasonable. The inclusive buffet breakfast was delightful, and the restaurant staff could not have been more helpful. The only criticism was the room was a little small, but on the plus side it was beautifully furnished and had everthing one needed. No problem was too much for the hotel staff, and our request for sheets instead of a duvet and an extra pillow were met within a few minutes. The staff were also extremely helpful with information about sight seeing and the best and most inexpensive way to get there. They even telephoned several times for us to see if weather conditions were good enough for the cable car to operate. We actually extended are stay as we were so pleased with this accomodation.

Nice Hotel - but quite small. Restaurant was good for breakfast but otherwise a little restricted for choice. Nice quiet location opposite a park, but a little bit away from other facilities.
