Cape Town Lodge Hotel

Good value at the rate I got it. Good 4 star Hotel with the service and ameneties you would expect. I could not find any other good restaurant (other than the retaurant in the Hotel) within walking distance

This has been the third time that we have stayed at The Cape Town Lodge and I can recommend it to anybody who needs a top hotel at a very reasonable price. The personnel are very friendly and professional and checking into the hotel takes just a few minutes. The buffet breakfast that is served is tasteful and they have quite a variety available.

An excellent Hotel, great location just 15 minutes walk from hotel to waterfront. Not advisable to go out alone at night mind. Very good restaurant serving excellent food. I found all of the staff so polite and extremely helpful, regardless of what your query or question was. 10/10 for the staff. I will certainly stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

We stayed one night for special rate of R690 per room. Definately not worth paying R2000+ for same room on any night

Very friendly staff at all times. Rooms were very well appointed and modern. Location great for City and only 4 mins in a taxi to the waterfront. VERY highly recommended.

I would gladly return to this hotel but only provided that they get rid of that piano player in the breakfast dining room. Soo stupid to not be able to have a nice and quiet breakfast. That ruined the whole stay at this hotel.

Smart clean modern hotel with good sized rooms in central Cape Town. Hotel has a small pool on the roof. Service was good. Breakfast buffet was good and it was a bit of a surprise having a piano accompaniment

We stayed at the hotel twice during our trip. Staff very helpful and the buffet breakfast had exclent selection. Location is easy to find and close to most tourist locations.

Best price for value and vice versa. Close to major tourist spots so you don't end up having to spend so much money on transport.

there was a big group of school students booked in the hotel at the same time that i was. When i checked in I requested a room where there will not be as much noise. i was assured by the manager on duty that the students were under strict supervision and there will not be any disturbances. Loud music was heard until 2am. I was upset that the manager could have changed my room but he didn't. he didn't even bother to enquire from me later that evening whether i was comfortable and if the music was disturbing me. So NO i will never use this hotel again

Excellent service, very friendly staff.

The staff at the Cape Town Lodge were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast buffet is very good and was even nicer than the one we had at the Victoria Falls Hotel! The location is good as well, you are only a few blocks from Long Street where there are many bars/restaurants as well as travel agents/tour operators and internet cafes. I would go back to the Cape Town Lodge and recommend it without hesitation.

Every member of staff was very firendly, they where always willing to help no matter what time of day or nigth.

Very good hotel especially for business people needing to be close to the city.
