This is a very new hotel. The pseudo-18th(?) century European interior design is not to my taste, but that is more than made up by the excellent service, and huge rooms. Bathroom is bigger than the bedroom in most hotels, with huge separate tubs and shower stalls. The electric toilet, with automatic seat and built-in bidet is a novelty and can be turned off easily. Free buffet breakfast, wired and wireless internet, and a laser printer (no paper) in each room are big plus for anyone. The location is overlooking an elevated highway, but soundproofing is excellent. The hotel is a very long, but pleasant and safe walk from the nearest MRT station. Taxis are cheap and always available at the front door. Staff told me that the rates are quite low now because they are trying to attract new business, so time will determine if the full rates are in line with comparable hotels.
