SCHOOLIES We are not part of the Schoolies Program - Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of the school leavers during the annual “Schoolies Festival”. In particular we do not have the adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period.

Getting there:From Brisbane, follow the signs to the Gold Coast. Take exit 66 & follow signs to Surfers Paradise. Take a left turn, opposite the Marriott Hotel. From the Gold Coast Airport, follow the signs to Surfers Paradise & opposite the Marriott Hotel, make a right turn, at the lights.
Check-in Procedure:Check-In is from 2.00pm and Check Out is at 10.00am. Our Reception hours (unless otherwise stated) are: Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm Saturday 9am - 12pm Sunday & Public Holidays 9am - 11am If you arrive outside of these hours, please follow the instructions, for Late Guest Arrivals, located at the Entrance. Guests arriving after 5pm MUST call us 24 hrs prior to arrival or long check-in delays may occur.
Car parking:1 allocated secure carpark, per apartment. 2m clearance.

The apartment was fabulous and the staff were very helpful. The view was amazing from our balcony and all of this was 5 - 10 mins walk from Cavill Ave! Also the rates were excellent.
Awesome views of the river on one side and the beach on the other. Leave the sliding doors open to wake up to the sounds of the ocean. A short walk to Cavill Ave. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful location with lovely ocean views. Lovely extra large spa on the ground floor. Good value compared to other units in Surfers Paradise area.
Beautiful apartments, excellent location and friendly and helpful staff and close to everything - we had a fantastic holiday and this would be one of the best apartment buildings on the coast.
The location is stunning..I was on the 18th floor with sea views from every room, even the bathroom. It was stunning. I saw whales, a rainbow, and brilliant sunsets and full moons as well as night lights. The price was good with the reduction, but it would be good anyway, as the apartments are very classy and very well equipped. There were two rooms and two bathrooms and I was very comfortable and happy with the beach below. I loved it for the view...kept the french windows open all night and listened to the surf below...wonderful. Its apartment living in a dream location.

It is a lovely apartment but quite a walk into town. Although this was not a great disadvantage
If you are looking for a appartment with nice views of the ocean, you will have absolutely fantastic opportunity to enjoy 180 degrees of pure eye candy. Uninterupted views of Goldcoast and the ocean. Absolute magic. Tony at the reception is a very friendly and willing to help, thank you Tony for your hospitality.
