The Hotel Carand Braga is situated in the city centre of Braga, where you can find beautiful buildings and historical monuments, as well as enjoy the usufruct of its commercial and walking areas, and the beauty of its gardens and its modern and aired squares.

Getting there:After going by the toll motorway, follow the Braga / Sul direction. Move forward and you will go through the Minho Centre (on your right - Continente Mall). Move forward till the 1st roundabout and turn left. Go ahead, get by the 1st traffic lights and go on. Go under the tunnel and, just after that, go on the right side of the road. Get by the next traffic lights and turn left. Move forward till the roundabout and do the opposite distance, that is, move forward till the first traffic lights. You will find the Hotel Carand Braga*** on your right.

Although the facilities were only average the availability of services at nearby Hotel Tourisme offset this.
Well run hotel close to the centre of town.
A very friendly clean hotel. Air conditioned and central locality on the main street of braga. Staff were very helpful when giving directions, and pool and bar facilities could be used across the street at the Turismo hotel.
Parking is a bit of a challenge, but this hotel is excellently situated in the main street of Braga, close to the centre. Facilities (parking aside) are very good. Some staff spoke fair English. They were friendly and helpful. Staff at the hotel obligingly directed us to eateries that specialised in local fare. Their recommendations were good value - interesting, tasty food, well presented at moderate cost. We stayed 3 days and it felt as if it wasn't long enough.
I was very well satisfied with my stay in the Carandá while in Braga.
It was absolutely perfect for my visit to Braga. I was there for the Scotland Portugal football game. The Caranda was half way between the pub and the stadium. I could not have picked a better location had I known Braga. If you bill it as Central with typical business travel amenities you would not be exaggerating.
The Caranda hotel was excellent with very friendly staff. It is situated within minutes of the beautiful town cenrte of Braga and within all amenities. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.
Located half way between the central square and the olympic stadium. Perfect for our stay. Staff very helpful.
