"A good hotel near the airport, very clean, and spacious room. Although the breakfast is good and the restaurant boosts a nice Mexican style cuisine, I found no room service or menus inside my room. Not a problem for a short stay but sometimes it is convenient to have. The staff speaks good English and the free wireless internet inside room is good. If you book non-smoking room, you shall be sure you are getting one while check in.
Although the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to FRA airport, it is only once per hour. So, book in advance because with 7 or 6 people the mini van is full depending on the number of baggages and they won't send a new transport within the same period. "our floor was hosted by dog traners...so for every our step when in/out room i reminded "Who let the dog out"....so no sleep at all all night.
From train station too far and local young people "war equipped" after 21:00 local time shows no hospitality at all.....

"It would be great to inform guest waiting for the shuttle to the hotel from the airport that the pickup point is on the groundfloor. The problem was that I arrived with the train and when following the signs to terminal 1 you arrive on the first floor and here I was then I called Carat Hotel and was told to wait outside B6 in terminal 1 - so I did for 2.5 hours until I realised that there are two B6 doors from terminal 1, i.e. one on the first floor and another on the ground floor and I was waiting at the wrong floor and therefore missing two shuttels - so please inform better and not assume that everybody knows what you think. Besides this, the shuttle is a great service!
