the hotel was ideal. the room, bathroom and lobby area was clean and decent. The restaurant was also alright. Nothing fancy but functional. The room was rather small but you can surely get your needed rest. However, its proximity to the nearest MTR station is bad and riding the bus can be a challenge. Its too far to walk it either...

Reasonable price but quite far from MTR
Reasonable room size and good price. Location is not as bad as I expected. It is within walking distance to the bird and flower markets and then just a frog's skip to a big shopping mall.
The hotel is not near the MTR. The closest MTR is Prince Edward MTR, is about a 20+mins walk away at a reasonable pace. Get ready your walking shoes! The closes KCR (subway) is about a 10mins walk, but it's quite complicated as you need to change trains. On my 1st night in HK, I wanted to go to Tsim Sha Shui. As it was pouring, we decided to take the KCR, it required 2 train changes. (Tsim Sha Shui by MTR requires no train changes).
Low budget accomodation, that provides acceptable lodging, reasonable price, and quiet environment. However it is not in a good location for easy public access.
The staffs are very helpful. The cleaner cleans the room everyday. The breakfast is ok. The location is slightly far from MRT which you need about 15 mins walking distance. But if you are familiar with the bus route, the location is perfect. Buses stop in front of the hotel.
This hotel is by no means fancy. But it does the job if you want to stay in a hotel near Mong Kok. The breakfast which was included was ok and all the hotel staff I had dealings with were friendly and professional. I would definetly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who didn't want to pay top dollar for a more luxurious hotel. If you are pretty fussy and have very high standards then this isn't the place for you.
Very quiet and spotlesssly clean. Excellent value and tasty food, but hard to access by bus and not for the pampered.
