Carlton Dublin Airport Hotel

The hotel was conveniently located both to the airport and to our car rental drop-off. We arrived early and the staff was very accomidating and found us a room quickly. The restaurant and bar were not as cozy as I would have like an Irish bar to be - they could stand to upgrade this to give the traveller a fine Irish send off. It was sort of sterile and right in the middle of other function rooms. Hard to tell where the restaurant began and the bar left off. But the facility was immaculate and all the nessecary en suite items were there.

Good clean, professional hotel with a decent restaurant. Half-hourly free shuttles to the airport: it's only 5 minutes or so away (but you don't hear the planes during the night).

Food service and range excellent. More of a functioning hotel rather than a hotel for relaxation. Service , shuttle service to airport luggage service all excellent. Return shuttle service is hit and miss subject to arrival time.

Excellent hotel located next to Dublin Airport, free courtesy bus provided. This hotel checks all the boxes. Excellent buffet breakfast would definitely recommend and and stay there again.

Good clean hotel, with decent food and reliable shuttle bus to and from the airport. Try to get a room on the side facing away from the airport, though (the planes might annoy a light sleeper).

The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. The food is very good and well priced. Loved the very fast and free internet connection and free shuttle service to the airport. Didn't like that there was no minibar and no international TV channels.

Best hotel in Dublin!

Top class airport hotel! In fact we choose to stay here even when we are not flying from Dublin Airport, and are in the city for other reasons. From reception to the rooms to the bar/dining, this hotel is faultless.

Breakfast was outrageously expensive at about 12 Euro for a buffet continental and about 16 for a cooked breakfast. Went to the local shopping centre instead and got a cooked breakfast for just over 5 Euro each.

The location is excellent if you want to be near the airport - their free shuttle will transport you there in about 5 minutes. It's not close to downtown though (bars, restaurants) -- half an hour by bus for about 2 Euros per person or a 20 minute cab ride for about 35 Euros.

Location for people using the airport is excellent -walking distance to the terminal. Meals were quite expensive but I think that applies to the whole of Ireland. Internet access through the TV a very useful service.

close to airport but din´t have any noise staff friendly and helpful needed a early breakfast, no problem long way from dublin, taxi would have been 70 euros one way

We stayed here twice because it was convenient to our travel plans. The 24 hour shuttle bus service was excellent. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Being that close to the airport we were expecting some aircraft noise but there was none. Breakfast wasn't included but we enjoyed the continental breakfast on our first stay there. I'd stay here again.

Much better than the usual airport hotel, at a very attractive price.
