The HOTEL CARLTON is one of the most emblematic buildings in Bilbao. It was built in 1919 and has recently been completely refurbished. Standing on Plaza Federico Moyúa, where the major shopping streets of the Bilbao Ensanche converge, the hotel has been declared a Historic, Artistic and Cultural Monument. It has been completely refurbished and is constantly being updated with improvements that allow us to fully satisfy our guests’ expectations.
The hotel has 142 spacious bedrooms (1 IMPERIAL SUITE of 250 m2, 6 suites, 119 doubles and 16 singles) and 8 lounges, all decorated in an elegant classical style and equipped with the latest high-tech advances.
The Bar Grill and Restaurant “ARTAGAN” both service traditional dishes and international cuisines only prepared with the freshest produce.
The eight meeting rooms and banqueting suites range in capacity from 24 to 260 square metres and can accommodate meetings and social functions of almost every size.
