A classy, grand old-fashioned hotel in the heart of Bilbao with large, comfortable well appointed room and bathroom. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Private car parking. Nice balcony with our room and very good value overall. Staff friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel! The interenet connection is however very mediocre- if not impossible to use. Would be my only good suggestion for this hotel to improve on.
Centrally located in the main square. Guggenheim is a short 10 minute walk, and the old town 10 mi walk in the other direction. The hotel has some charm.
Well located hotel. If leaving by taxi, walk around the corner and get one yourself as there was a 5 euro charge to have it drive to the door.

Excellent hotel, but additional costs like breakfest, parking, tax, etc increased the price pretty high althought [Your Website]'s price was low.

A TRUE 5 STAR HOTEL IN EVRY SENSE OF THE WORD, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
My husband and I had a lovely two nights at this hotel to celebrate my birthday. The standard of accommodation and service was first-class. We even bought the Receptionist some flowers as a Thank You as she was so helpful. In fact, talking about this hotel brings back too many happy memories! Can't wait to go back.
Everything about the hotel was First Class, especially the location! From the moment that we walked up to the desk to register, we knew that the smiling desk employee was there to help us. Her name is Raquel, and she was great! I hope that you enjoy your stay in Bilbao as much as we did!

Perhaps one of my favorite hotels. We have stayed in this hotes on two prior occassions. It only seems to get better. There cannot be a better location in Bilbao.
We had a beautiful room overlooking the square & the location could not have been better! We would definitely stay here again! We thought pricing was excellent for a room of this nature w/the high ceilings, large bedroom and wonderful room service in the morning. Nancy Nodelman
