"Hotel most likely should be rated as a 3* rather than a 4* and the neighbourhood it is located in is quite rundown. However, accomdations were adequate, service good and access to train station very good. Only suggestion would be to have access to kettle/coffee maker in the room." - Anonymous
"Really good included breakfast. Clean modern refurbished hotel. large room with comfortable beds. But this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. There was no bellboy to help when we left, a request to bring down our several cases at 7 in the morning having been met with a terse "NO, I am on my own" So we had to do it ouselves and we are no longer young. The lift capacity is about 4 small people, preferably friends" - Derek Bulpitt

The prices for the internet have come down, but are still much more expensive than the Internet cafe around the corner.
