Getting there:From Gardermoen Airport: Express train to the "Nasjonalteateret" station, (only 23 min) exit from the station "drammensveien" Crossing the street between cafe Frølich and Copy centre ALL coopy, and you will find us 600 m further down n the street in the left side. By Car: High Way E 18 , turn off ion the sign "Bygdøy Alle". Drive "bygdøy Alle" until it ends, and you will dirve the street "Observatoriegate" until the end, and you are foreced to turn right, and ther we are on the left side only 150 m.

A nice & clean hotel with excellent service.
What this hotel needs is a maintenance man. Several things were falling apart, noisy, or in need of repair. Too bad, because the atmosphere at the hotel was cozy and artsy and the staff was nice.
clean, quiet place, breakfast is perfect. I came to Oslo to take pictures of the city. I don't like noise of night life and for me this hotel was perfect place to stay. Room (double) was big enough, I had no problems to organize all my stuff there. Bathroom was also good. I didn't find anything bad in this hotel. Btw, there is nice small bar in 40 meters, also quiet. Perfect to sit outside with a glass of red wine.
Good location on the main street. Easy walking distance to all attractions but if you prefer bus is very accessible. Coach from the airport drops you within 50 metres of the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Nothing too flashy but a comfortable stay. Check in was painless. Breakfast was very good especially if included in the room rate. Would definitely recommend.
I just loved it. It is so close to everything, that you don't need to buy 'Oslo pass', because you can walk to anywhere... Really friendly athmosphere. Quite good breakfast. Quiet as well. I would go back. Thank you.
The location is perfect, it can be a bit difficult to find a parkinglot close to the hotel. Breakfast buffé OK.
Simple rooms in a quiet street near by Aker Brygge. You get what you pay for - we enjoyed our stay :o)

Cosy small hotell, good value for money.
Very cheap, very good location in a silent area, 3 min walk to Karl Johan where things happens, nice breakfast. The bed was the smallest double bed I have ever seen, but it is OK if you love the person you share it with!
No cleaning off the room or change of towel ect during the 2 nights stay. Old and worn carpets. Dirty bed covers, spillt coffe or what not on them. too many furnitures in the room. Only best price in Oslo but more like a hostel than a hotel. Next time better pay 500 NRK more and stay at the plaza.
The staff were friendly,a good selection in the breakfast buffet and the room was nice. Overall lovely stuff.
An older hotel with with a charming front lobby.
It`s an ok hotel, but you can see that it has seen better days. Maybe it`s time to have a renovation, especially the bathrooms, but all in all it`s a hotel were I wouldn`t have any problems with staying in again. Very friendly staff. And location is good.

The breakfast was excellent!
I appreciated the friendly personnel, the free access to internet, the complimentary tea and fruits. The Scandinavian style shower is somewhat bizarr but due to the good ventillation worked out well. My only problem was the missing hair dryer. This hotel represents a good value for the price.
