"Room was cramped, cold, damp, smelly with light hanging off wall by the flex, a cupboard with a black damp mouldy surface and door was left open after servicing. Breakfast was too late to use and rubbish was left round my car blocking access. Probably a health hazard." - Anonymous

"Nice clean hotel but missing towels in room on arrival, they were supplied when asked. Heating was also poor as radiator did not work. Other than that the room was spacious and clean with good facilities just basic service a bit lacking. Ditto breakfast, which was continental, but with little choice. Check-in 24 hours. If room not vacant on arrival then you may leave your baggage, go to city etc and Room service will be done by 5 pm at the latest. We operate on a ' Payment on arrival' policy and by cash, or debit/credit card. (surcharge if paying by card of 4.9%). check-out approx 10.30 am. If your return bus or train is not until the evening then we will allow FREE luggage storage whilst you go and do your last minute shopping or sightseeing.

Private customer car park. Free - capacity 6 cars.

Child Policy:

We welcome children of any age. Children UNDER THE AGE OF 8 STAY FREE IF SHARING THE PARENTS BED. Over 8 years will be provided with a guest bed in the parents room and is chargeable. if applicable
