"Literally the other side of the Grand Canal from Santa Lucia Railway Station the hotel was ideally positioned for us as we used Eurail Travel Passes to move around Europe. "Our luggage were not delivered over 1/2 hour and had to go to front desk to ask again.
I asked for non-smoking room and the room did not smell so I am sure we got non-smoking room. However, we had such a bad smoke coming from adjacent rooms, we woke up a few times and had to open the windows to the air changed and could not sleep and the noise level from the street was bad and went on until almost 3:00AM in the morning." - Anonymous

Do not hesitate to use our private landing, conveniently located in front of the hotel entrance on the Grand Canal.
