Excellent location, easy to find from the motorway. Underground parking was challenging (wouldn't recommend a large car). Food (on the basis of breakfasts and a lunch) was good. Bedroom had virtually no natural light, but that was no problem except that the lighting was subdued. The rooftop pool is small but the rooftop restaurant has wonderful views over the city and the Alhambra.
Absolutely loved this hotel - gorgeous room with a balcony, really friendly staff, rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant there too - excellent location - right across the road for El Corte Ingles. The Granada tourist bus stops on the road the hotel is situated on. The buffet breakfast is great, great selection of food - I am already planning my next trip back! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in
Fantastic new hotel bar.
We stayed only one night and wanted a good location which the hotel really has. First impression of the service at the front desk was bad but after we got the room it was always really good and the staff was helpfully answering to our questions about how to get to places. Pool was nice for a refreshing moment before heading to the city. Bus stop for the airport bus is just 100 m from the hotel and buses to Alambhra and other places are also withing an easy walking distance. As the breakfast was included in the price we were suprised to find a really good buffet breakfast. I will definitely go to this hotel again when I visit Granada in the future.
Good location only 10 mins from Cathedral and Albaycin areas, good breakfast. Room only had a dark lightwell rather than external-looking windows though, which didn't actually keep it that cool, although a/c worked well enough. Recommended at the price.
The pool and pool area were closed for repairs while I stayed there, which was very disappointing. Otherwise a nice place for a good price.
The location was fairly central. Breakfast was good and staff seemed friendly. The roof top pool was adequate and good for a bit of relaxtion after a day out.
We booked this hotel, because they give the information, that they have parking places. We arrived and they said, that we can park our car 500-600 meter from the hotel in a public parking place, which cost 16 Euro/day. It's an old hotel, the rooms and everything is old.
Excellent location but needs a make over, in a time warp, rooms, facilities, decoration, was a great hotel 30 years ago, could be again.
excellent roof terrace bar & excellent service. parking is downstairs at hotel, huge advantage in the busy streets of Granada. it would have been a nightmare to find a car park. Only negative - breakfast wasn't very good, we should have just got something from the numerous cafes nearby.
A very nice hotel, central located with view to Alhambra. Great breakfast included.
Great hotel for a night out in Granada. Everything's in walking distance.
Enjoyed the stay, superb location, staff very helpful and breakfast excellent
A good hotel, with good service, decent restaurant, great breakfast and great rooms. Close to Alahambra and the city center. Secure parking garage for your car. If I should mention anything bad, it would be the pricey wifi. It's ancient to charge 5€ for an hour and 12€ for 24 hours. Otherwise great stay. :O)
The pool was a lot smaller than the pictures lead to believe, it was in a great location and had underground parking and the breakfast was great!
Good hotel. Excellente breakfast
Grand semi-elegant older hotel in the main street of town. Well located for walking to city sights. Rooms are well equipped, however appear simple compared to the standard the hotel presents itself as when you look at the lobby. Like all of Europe, rooms are expensive compared to US/Australia/NZ/Canada for example, but good value for money. Recommended.
Staff at the hotel conveys a sense that guests are a nuisance and should be curtly dismissed or passed on to someone else. Their provisions for parking were totally inadequate and in fact encourage an accident. The bellhop was totally useless in assisting in the task of parking, thoug he was supposed to. Great hotel, but staff needs to go through customer service training.
Some people at the reception may at first give an 'abrupt' impression (maybe due to language problems in English?). Improved towards the end of the stay when getting more familiar with the customer
Clean and with reasonable price. But for 4 stars hotel, the room environment & furnitures is old and not nice-looking. No double bed provided although we reserved it 2 months ago. Breakfast & location is good. Department Store with supermarket just opposite to the hotel, very convenient. Busy frontdesk which made me feel difficult for enquiry.
