The Hotel Carvoeiro Sol, 45 minutes from Faro Airport, is the perfect holiday destination. Situated in the heart of the typical holiday village of Carvoeiro, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment and only 25 metres from the beach. Here local fishermen can still be seen mending their nets and unloading the day's catch for the nearby market.
It is also an excellent base from which to explore the Algarve. Sports enthusiasts will find golf, tennis, water sports, fishing and horse riding all within easy reach.
Taste authentic Portuguese cuisine including famous seafood and fish dishes and the popular barbecued chicken "Piri-Piri" in our restaruant Jardim do Sol or enjoy a light snack in the cool of the quiet courtyard or on the terrace around the heated swimming pool.

Directions to the Hotel Carvoeiro Sol
from Faro Airport
The Hotel Carvoeiro Sol is situated in Carvoeiro
On leaving the Airport, follow the road for about 2.5kms until a fork in the road.
Take the left hand fork (signposted Lisboa and Espanha) This takes you onto the new flyover. Follow the signs for Portimão and you will merge onto a main road, which is the EN125.
After approx 4 kms you will see a blue sign for the motorway (IP1). Keep your direction to Loulè and follow the blue signs onto the motorway and head in the direction of Albufeira and then Lagoa/Portimão until you reach the end (approx 45kms)
Then take the Lagoa/Norte large roundabout exit on to the EN125 and follow the sign to Lagoa/ Carvoeiro. Keep straight On reaching the second junction, take the right lane and then turn on to the road to Carvoeiro and keep ahead for approximately 5 kms.
Once you arrive at the village main square you will fine the Hotel Carvoeiro Sol on your left. |
