Casa 400 Hotel Amsterdam

The hotel is nice and modern. The staff is very friendly and has the knowledge to any question. The location is kind of good becuase you need to get the metro and after 4 stops you will get to the center of amsterdam. All in all great value.

The service excellent. It took us 3 minutes by train and we were in the city.

Highly recommended place to stay. Good service and facilities. A little far from the inner city but good access to public transport.

This hotel is very modern and very clean with friendly staff and in an ideal location, close to Amstel Amsterdam station. Very comfortable and the rooms are spacious with coffee making facilities and refrigerator in room. There is also a wall mounted tv. The views are not spectacular, as the hotel is located in a business sector of Amstel, mainly dominated by tower blocks. Trains run every 15 minutes to and from Central station approx. Cost 4 euros return per person. Journey time 8 mins. The breakfast could be a little cheaper as it is 15 euros per person. But simply walk to the train station and you will have a wide choice of food and drinks at reasonable prices, Good restaurant in hotel, prices reasonable and bar open till 1am nightly except Sundays. All round, a very good hotel with pleasant staff. Car parking is available at 2.5 euros per hour or 16 euros per day. Hotel is quite easy to get to and ideal to take a day trip away from the centre if you use transport or by car.

Hotel fine but their accounting systems are suspect:- I paid for accommodation through Hotel Club and Cassa 400 then tried to charge me again for accommodation on arrival. At that stage I paid for breakfasts and City tax, as I knew I would, but the hotel then tried to charge me for City tax and breakfasts again as I checked out. Fortunately I had their receipt for when I arrived to show that I had paid.

Very clean. Only takes 10 minutes to get into town on the Metro which runs every 4-5 minutes. Hotel was very busy when we stayed because of the IBC and the breakfast staff were swamped, otherwise good service.

Nice hotel but falls down on the detail. Wifi very intermittent In room facilities reducing with time, started with kettle and tea/coffee in room. Now removed the plastic water glasses from the shower room. TV remotes getting very intermittent in working. Nothing really bad, just lack of attention to detail is annoying as it has been better.

A new hotel just outside central Amsterdam. Large clean rooms with new facilities (including a guest fridge). Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The only probem with this hotel is that it is a 5 minute walk from the tube station, and a 10 minute tube ride from town. We would return to this hotel as it was spotless & we loved the large room (the distance from town didn't bother us). Would recommend to others.

It was awesome to stay in this Hotel during the weekend as the same price of an Hostel. Our bedroom was perfect for my husband and I. TV, internet connection for free, fridge, minimalist style a huge bed. Next to Amstel Station. Just 15 min to central station by bus...We were really pleased.

It is a new hotel. It has a minibar and a big seif for the notebook. The room is big. The staff is very nice. It is very close to the Amstel Station. In the morning there was noise as in front of the hotel is done some working.

I found my stay at Casa 4oo extreme pleasantr. It was my first time to Amsterdam and the experience with this hotel added to the pleasant experience I had. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Altho out of town a bit, it was only a few minutes walk to the train station, where trains and metros as well as buses ran frequently into central station, or to the airport from central station. Rooms were always tidy, and the staff could not have been more helpful in the service they offered to me. Thank you Casa 400

On arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the hotel reception staff and although 3 hours early, due to flight time, was given my room immediately. The room was spotless, with nice interior. The cleaning staff were always polite and did their job well. The casa 400 also has a free luggage storage service which was ideal as our flight was later than checkout time. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from Amstel Station which is only 5 mins on the train to Centraal Station and the trains ran very frequently. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

A brand new hotel with comfortable rooms and good breakfast buffet. It is close to Amstel Station, then 10 minutes to Central Station. Limited restaurants nearby.

The hotel was just renovated, so everything was nice and clean. Small but comfortable rooms; good breakfast. Not really within walking distance to the city centre.
