"Hotel was very difficult to find, even with satnav, as the last sign for the hotel was missing. The roads are very narrow around the hotel so if you have a large car beware. Otherwise the hotel has charm and character. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome. " - Anonymous


"This old palace has a romantic and aristocratic aura, but our bathroom was not well cleaned and the hotel lacks some basic facilities one would expect for 5 stars, e.g. bright reading lights, an attentive staff, and English cable TV channels.
