"Location is the best feature of this hotel.
The recreational staff (Marco) was great as well. The beach waitress (Palmira) was awesome. Other than them, the rest were about average.
The room was small and dingy. The ceiling was leaking because my room was right below the top floor pool. The housekeeping staff just put a towel right by the spot where it leaked and this did not help as the floor was all wet and slippery. It became very dangerous to walk around my room." - Anonymous
