"The girl on reception gave us a good welcome and was always very helpful. The only weird aspect was the restaurant - the girl on breakfast just stood and watched us but never offered any help or instructions. I wanted a soft drink with my meal in the evening and had to buy a 1.5 litre bottle! They did let us use a computer down in the basement for free which was good for email and internet. " - Anonymous
