"The stay at the Hotel is full of surprise. My std double bedroom was upgraded to a premier double bedroom with no extra charge when I checked in on 10 June 2007. We were also issued with complimentary breakfast coupons for the period of our stay although it was clearly stated that breakfast was not included on the internet booking.
I like the location of the hotel as it is centrally located - New Yaohan behind the hotel, Sands and Fisherman's Wharf on our left. The hotel is well connected to other places of interest by public transport. The only setback I felt is that the hotel does not provide free shuttle service to the airport or Macau/Zhuhai checkpoint. The staffs are very friendly, especially the doorman, they knows all about the city and gave u suggestions. the staffs in the breakfast restaurant also very friendly.

"This hotel is near the Macau Ferry Terminal and Fisherman's wharf, has a shuttle service between the Ferry Terminal and Barrier Gate, very convenient.
Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Room is clean and nicely furnished.
