Casa Real Hotel Macau

My first travel to Macau makes me nervous but having stayed at Casa Real, it made me secured and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and polite, eager to help all their guests. Casa Real is a home away from home. I regret that my stay was only for a short time, but I made it a point to come again in Casa Real for the 2nd time and more. Thank you to all the staff of Casa Real a fine place for every traveller. Safe, clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I was disappointed with this venue, the lobby and casino smelled of smoke. Macau is not a city to visit if you do not like the smell of smoke. Both Hong Kong and Tiwain are much more non-smoker friendly.

Quiet and comfortable, and often the best value in town.

Standard of service at hotel is high. I had very pleasant experience checking in and checking out. All staffs are very ready to help and assist during our stay there. The location of hotel is good to go to most part of town and transportation is very convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean. good value for money.

Nice and spacious room. Pretty near to ferry terminal. Need to aboard taxi which about HKD20-25 to shopping area. There are few eatery shops and mini mart behind the hotel. But didn't look good. If you wish to go to Venetian Hotel, you may take free shuttle to ferry terminal and transfer to on board free shuttle to Venetian hotel.

Hi, My family(three generation of (6 person )spent 5 days 4 nights (13/06-17-06) in the hotels we found your pesons on duty they are good and cheerful but on the last nights in the casino casa real at ard 3 a.m the cashier got a very rude and bad behaviour towards me and my mother-in-law.We just ask to change all our coins into dollars note,but that lady didn't like to entertain us and started to showns her angry and anasty words in cantonese.Hope this women need to improve in her services when we come again. Thanks

Clean hotel and price reasonable

Reception, conceige and housekeeping staff very helpful. Will stay again. Breakfast charged HK$70 per person after 30% discount for inhouse guest, For future booking breakfast included even better.

Hotel staff are very friendly and obliging. The manager at the Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor is very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work!

The services is extremely good. Nearby there were 24 coffee shops, provision shops and etc. There, you can enjoy cheap and nice local foods. Very near to Fisherman wharf and Marina Sands. Too bad, there is no shuttle bus provided to and fro airport or jetty.

Nice hotel to stay in Macau. Disappointment is from Hotel Club as they did not mention my request when booking this hotel.

For the price, its a Great place to stay in Macau. Staff are friendly and helpful. No regrets.

Really an excellent hotel, I have stayed at casa real for 3 times now and every time it has been excellent. We even had a problem with the booking and we got upgraded as the problem was swiftly resolved. Excellent location as ferry terminal is 5 mins walk away and you can take casino bus to nearest poi or casino. Close to sands casino, fisherman's wharf etc. I will always stay here when I come to macau. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and value for money here is amazing.

We had a pleasant stay in casa real the only complain is nobody speaks english, its good there were some filipinos in the staff who were most helpful, edgar, eugene and mark- thank you. its so accesible to the ferryboat and the shuttle bues were on time. we appreciate the punctuality of the services. we give you a star for everything.

We had a recently upgraded room, which I could not fault in any way. The staff are friendly, well trained, and helped in any way we asked. I have stayed at this hotel before and will stay again.

Convenient location, near to ferry terminal, friendly staff, clean & spacious room.

Very good Service by the staff especially by the concierge. Location is very goo. Walking distance to eateries and sands too. Fisherman village is nearby 5mins walk.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and have great time. All the staff are very polite and helpful as mentioned in all review. We have a free upgrade to STUDIO and the room is really big and having nice view too. The room we are staying is 1247.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Friendly staff and convenient to access many places of interest either on foot or by taxi. Will consider to stay in the same hotel in my next trip to Macao.
