Casona Palacio La Real Labranza de Villasevil is a large colonial style house built in 1882. It includes 14 large sleeping rooms with complete bath room, TV, telephone and heating. This house has a glazed gallery with superb panoramic view over the garden and the Toranzo's Valley, the cafeteria, tearoom, dining room for 28 people, library and congress hall (max. 32 people). The building is surrounded by a 10.000 m2 property, walled with Pas river stones, and completely landscaped with diverse atmospheres and centenary trees, private swimming pool, golf: Patting Green. All of our zones have external views to the Real Valle de Toranzo. The Real Labranza is located at 1,500m from the well-known Cuevas de Monte Castillo - Puente Viesgo (Monte Castillo Caves in Puente Viesgo) with so old rock paintings as those from Altamira's Cave.

Fell in love with the place and decided to stay another night. Set back from narrow road with beautiful grounds. The service was outstanding, and very quiet with waking to bird sounds. Is difficult to find as just outside Villasevil village, very easy to miss. Listen to your GPS
We had the most wonderful and romantic stay at Casona Palacio la Real Labranza hotel. The staff was so friendly, we were treated like kings, the rooms were so beautiful and clean, the gardens were magnificent. It's the best place we've ever stayed. The hotel restaurant had the most wonderful food and service and prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes for a little piece of heaven. The ambience is quiet and relaxing, but still it's not more than half an hour's drive to Santander, a beautiful city to visit.
