Continue on the E-45 untilo the Exit Pierantonio (25Km North of Perugia) After the exit, continue in the direction of Corciano and Magione for 13-14 Km then turn Left to Perugia (Direction) and you will pass through Maestrello, Colle Umberto, Canneto and you finally will arrive to Cenerente and see the Castle on the left on the Hill. A fantastic experience. It's like being at your wealthy maiden aunt's huge rambling home complete with servants and I kept expecting the game of Cluedo to commence at any moment. A peaceful step back in time - a very different view of Italy.

We loved, loved, loved the hotel! We felt like we were royalty hiding out in a private retreat! The food was wonderful, service as good as we have had, and the whole experience was a welcome retreat from the business of Venice, Florence and Siena in the earlier part of our month long trip to Europe!

I highly recommend it. It is a wonderful place to stay. The beautiful castle is situated in a great setting surrounded by trees on top of hillside. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is excellent!
